A NEW WAY OF MASSAGE EXPERIENCE: PERSONALIZED AND CONNECTED
The Canadian brand Sidekick has been working on muscle recovery and massage tools for a long time and they have launched Flux the vibration ball massager which is very successful in the market. This new product created a big demand. Sidekick Founder & CEO Hin Lai knew that this is the beginning of a new era, a new opportunity.
Sidekick partnered with Mezz Solutions to create an effective, and smarter way to do it.
You can control the new version Flux 2.0 via Bluetooth and with the smart SIDEKICK app, you can do all your personalized settings as you wish. And the good thing is, as all the settings are stored in Flux 2.0, you don’t need to carry your phone afterward.
So how did we make it?
We clarified what is needed for a better, personalized, and smart Flux. Then our engineering team started on the hardware and software design. We created the PCBs of Flux 2.0. Meanwhile, our app team worked on the first mock-ups. We worked hard to design a more beautiful product and a better user experience.
After the prototype is ready, we did our final touches and we proceeded to the tooling stage. We monitored the tooling factory during their process to make sure our design understood clearly and produced correctly.
We worked with the final assembly factory, supported them in all the aspects and made them ready for mass production.
We not only designed the hardware and software but also managed each part of the project until the product goes to mass production with the highest quality, features, and cost.
