Manufacturing Control

Manufacturing control starts days or weeks ago before the manufacturing. Starting with the IQC and inventory management, we make sure the factory is getting the right materials with the right quality.  Then we make sure that the factory sets up the production line and prepares the SOPs well enough that there is no information is lost while the product is transferred to the mass production.

Once everything is ready, we perform online monitoring that anything goes wrong during the production, we act immediately. We help factory to solve the problem, continue the production without any time loss and quality damage.
