China-based product development with manufacturing built in
Mezz Solutions is an independent product development and manufacturing execution partner based in Shenzhen, coordinating engineering, suppliers, prototypes, tooling, quality, and production for electronics and hardware companies.
Who we are
A Shenzhen product-development team built for real manufacturing
Founded in Shenzhen in 2018, Mezz Solutions fills the execution gap between product engineering, sourcing, and a single factory. International hardware projects often involve separate designers, engineers, prototype shops, PCB/PCBA suppliers, toolmakers, assembly factories, and test labs. Mezz coordinates these resources into one path from concept and design through tooling, certification, pilot production, manufacturing ramp, or supplier recovery.
From Shenzhen, Mezz can work directly with component and PCB/PCBA suppliers, prototype shops, tooling and molding suppliers, assembly manufacturers, test laboratories, and certification resources. That proximity supports faster supplier feedback, local investigation, prototype and tooling review, engineering/manufacturing iteration, and corrective action when a project begins to slip.
- Coordinate product and industrial design, mechanical engineering, electronics, firmware/software, prototyping, tooling, testing, quality, and production through specialists and manufacturing resources managed by one accountable Mezz team.
- Keep mechanical design, electronics, firmware, component selection, DFM, tooling, testing, and production constraints connected.
- Select and manage suppliers for fit rather than forcing every project into one manufacturer, with backup or recovery options where needed.
- Support startups, established brands, innovation teams, and engineering teams with clear technical communication, documented decisions, project visibility, and local follow-up.
What we do
Product development meets manufacturing execution
Make the product idea buildable
Coordinate product architecture, user experience, industrial and mechanical design, electronics, firmware/software, prototypes, testing, and early cost decisions so the product is technically buildable.
Engineering integrationKeep technical decisions connected
Mechanical decisions affect tooling, component choices affect cost and availability, electronics affect the enclosure, and firmware or test feedback can require engineering changes.
Manufacturing executionMove from prototype into production
Coordinate supplier qualification, DFM, sourcing, tooling, PCB/PCBA, certification planning, quality gates, pilot builds, and production ramp without disconnecting engineering from the factory.
Have a product idea, prototype, or supplier issue?
Start with a product review and we will map the practical next step across Services, from engineering and manufacturing preparation to quality support or supplier recovery.
